1. TRAINING PROGRAMS [Training Academy Site]
   1. Cabin Crew Training ProgramPlease note that the GHS 350 registration fee is a non-refundable amount that covers the cost of your aptitude tests, assessment centre and verification of documents. Candidates that meet the aptitude requirements will be notified of their progression to the next stage of the process by 15th July 2024, after the closing of the first batch of applications on 28th June 2024. Successful applicants will be placed in Aerojet’s cabin crew pool where they will be trained and certified to meet specific standards and requirements of our airline partners for guaranteed onward job placement.
   2. Pilot Training Program Interest Form
      Please note that the GHS 500 registration fee is a non-refundable amount that covers the cost of your application and document verification. After completing the forms, you will receive an email with details of the training program, course fees and course duration, intake deadlines and the two Commercial Pilot License options you can choose from. Applicants should have a valid passport as the training program includes travelling.
   3. Four Year EASA B1/B2 Training Program 
      Please note that the GHS 350 registration fee is a non-refundable amount that covers the cost of your aptitude tests, assessment centre and verification of documents. Candidates that meet the aptitude requirements will be notified of their progression to the next stage of the process via email and be invited for the next steps. The 20 highest performing candidates will be offered a 50% Aerojet Foundation Scholarship. Depending on performance, conduct and exhibiting of certain traits, students who successfully complete the EASA Certified Aircraft Technician Training Program will either be offered a job with Aerojet Aviation’s Engineering & MRO Division or be placed in a pool of qualified engineers where they may be given the opportunity work with any of our partner facilities around the world based on available vacancies. Scholarship students who successfully complete the program will be given guaranteed job offers at Aerojet after successful completion.
2. QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS (Aerojet Careers Page)
1. Licenced Aircraft Engineers (B1, B2 and A&P)
